By using this website or confirming accommodation with YES Hotels, you agree to these terms. These terms should be read together with the reservation details communicated at the time of booking.
Reservations are held for the arrival and departure dates, room category, occupancy and rate confirmed by the hotel. Guests must provide complete and accurate information and must be legally capable of entering into the reservation.
Any advance or full payment requirement will be communicated before confirmation. Failure to arrive on the confirmed date without prior written approval may be treated as a no-show and amounts paid may be forfeited.
Date changes are subject to room availability, applicable rate differences and written confirmation by YES Hotels. A request does not become effective until accepted by the hotel.
Guests are responsible for complying with property rules, presenting valid identification, respecting other guests and paying for any loss or damage caused during the stay.
