Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the rate, room category, booking channel and terms communicated when the reservation is confirmed.

Standard cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made within 0–6 days of check-in, no-shows and early departures may be non-refundable.
• Payment-gateway, banking or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Changes and exceptions

Promotional, discounted and special-event bookings may carry stricter terms. Any exception or rescheduling is subject to availability and written confirmation from YES Hotels.
